808 BIGGIE
This “808” bass synthesizer instrument made by Herrmutt Lobby comes with 8 original oscillator engines.
Thanks to the pitch drop envelope you can set when and how much the pitch drop at the end of the note.
The Glide is very powerful, you can set different glide time when going up or down, and the “mix” slider allows you to mix between the direct note change and the glide envelope. So if you play 4 the interval of a semitone with the glide mix a 50% the glide will start 2 semitones higher than the precedent note.
TYPICAL USE OF THE 808 BIGGIE
Add a Mini Sampler on top of the 808 BIGGIE, keeping only the transient of a kick sample.
PRO TIPS
Use the connection screen to add a mutual “stop” option between all your bass instruments, you probably don’t want multiple bass notes to resonate at the same time.
