A synth engine dedicated to a short snare that hits hard through the mix. This snare engine made by Herrmutt Lobby contains a clave generator, to give the trap snare its secret sauce.

15 drum synth variations, which alter many parameters such as the noise sources, modes, harmonics, envelopes curves, filters, signal path and filter coefficients.
Impact: allows for transient design operations
Heat: a mix of gain, distortion and soft clipping.
Comes with 40 presets covering past, present and future snare design.

PRO TIPS
Use 2 or 3 Chopped Snare instruments with various sounds to allow more interesting patterns.
If you use different quantize settings use the stop action in the connection panel to choke the fastest one by the main snare.
Another trick is to set each snare to different quantizations, then use the connection panel and connect the stop action of the fastest snare to choke it when you tap the main snare.
