Early Bird
Play it before everyone else.
When we open a new product before its public release, you can get it first at a special price, and receive every update and fix until launch day.
Not every release has an Early Bird: some products launch straight to the public.

Deals for people who already own a plugin.
Throughout the year, we run campaigns reserved for our supporters who already own a plugin. They aren't announced publicly: they reach you by email.

How does the Loyalty Price work?
It is based on the number of BEATSURFING plugins in your collection: up to −10% with 1 plugin, up to −15% with 2, up to −20% with 3, up to −25% with 4, up to −30% with 5 and up to −35% with 6 or more. Log in and the discount is already applied to the prices shown across the site, then carried to checkout.
Does it apply to bundles?
Yes, on the Pick any 4 bundle and the RANDOM Bundle. The Full House bundle is already at its lowest price, the same for everyone.
Does it apply to launch prices?
Yes. When a new product launches at an introductory price, your Loyalty Price applies on top of it.
I don't see my discount. Why?
Make sure you are logged in with the account that owns your plugins. If you bought a plugin from a partner store, register your license in your account first so it counts toward your level.
How long does an Early Bird last?
It starts before the public release and ends on release day. Not every product has an Early Bird.
What is the refund period?
14 days. For a product bought during its Early Bird, the 14 days start on the official release date, so you can try the final version. If you request a refund, the Early Bird price won't be available again for that product. Contact support
Who can get the Seasonal Deals?
Supporters who already own a BEATSURFING plugin. The campaigns are sent by email, so keep our emails switched on.
